 It was a perfect August Morning.  The sun was shining.  The skies were Blue. And there was going to be a wedding. Yep. The perfect August Morning.

The perfect start to a perfect day. A day full of anticipation, fulfillment and love. It was Peter and Tamara's perfect wedding day.

It had finally arrived.  Tamara, her mom and their families put a lot of work into making the day so personal and I know that Peter and Tamara felt so loved.  that is the way it should be on a wedding day. and it was.  oh it was.

Stacey + Travis = MARRIED!

The sun streamed into the living room window.  Cal was stretched out under the table … half asleep - half watching is wonderful mommy get ready for her big day.  There was laughter, there were tears, there was last minute speech writing and amidst it all … was Stacey.  My Stacey. so content.  so relaxed. so real. so amazing. so beautiful. so happy. This was the day she was marrying her perfect match. her prince charming. her hero. her everything.

Spring ... or shall I say LOVE is in the air!! Lisa and Ty declared and celebrated their love over the Easter weekend ... and what a beautiful wedding - absolutely perfect down to the smallest detail! Oh ... did I say detail?! Yes ...  it's all in the details! This couple put so much thought into their special day ... from the smallest of things like the white and black M & Ms to the absolutely stunning wedding rings - Lisa and Ty thought of everything!!

There are lots of things that make a wedding day memorable ...

The dress ....The Emotion ...The Vows ... The Union ... The Love ...

and so very often - there are the things that only happen to you, on your wedding day ... the things are uniquely you ... and those are the moments you tell your children, and your grandchildren about ... That is what make a wedding day truly special ... And Leia and Justin had one of those days last Saturday ...

Lisa & Ty

It was a cold windy Saturday but Lisa & Ty were determined to get some engagement photos prior to their wedding in April! This may sound like a lot of time before their big day but Ty works overseas and will not be back in the country until their wedding day. So, it was a now or never decision!

I hear that absence makes the heart grow fonder but I'm not sure that these two could be any more in love ... so perhaps absence just makes them miss eachother more and help them make the most of the times they do have together!
