An old 4-H friend and her brand new beautiful daughter ventured out to Erskine today for her debut in front of the camera ... and she was nothing short of fantastic!  Just 9 days old and Weighing in at just over five pounds - this little tiny bundle of awesome-ness was a ROCK STAR!  I promised her mommy a few sneak peeks tonight ... and to be honest - I couldn't wait to get in front of the computer and load these ones up either ... Without any further blabber from me ... The beautiful Miss Raeleigh ...

Refocus ...

From time to time everyone changes their focus in life ... and sometimes this new focus changes everything! In my case ... my refocus arrived in the form of Sidney John ... my beautiful, perfect, amazing son ... and yes ... motherhood does change everything! It changes the way that you look at the world around you, the people in it ... it leaves you breathless ... amazed at the perfect little person in front of you and makes you wonder how you could be so crazy in love with someone ... and how you will wake up tomorrow and love them even more!

I knew he was coming.  It seems like such a weird thing to say ... but the night Sid was born - I didn't sleep ... and I woke thinking ... Yep - he's here!  I didn't actually know ... but I knew ... if you know what I mean :)  So around 11 am - I got a call from The new Mommy!  IT WAS A BOY!
