Happy Belated Family Day! The past weekend was a much needed long weekend here in Alberta and I enjoyed it to its fullest! While my partner in crime - Tricia - was basking in the Hawaiian sun, I was here in Stettler, eager to get some photography in this weekend. On Saturday (Valentine's Day!) it turned out to be the return of winter...as the weather turned a bit cooler and beautiful hoar frost coated everything in sight ...

Its a dog's life! While Tricia and I were busy testing out our new lights (YEAH!) on Monday evening we had a very eager guest arrive in our studio space....Dee-Jay! Dee-Jay was tossing and playing around with her toys right in front of our cameras - and we couldn't resist.... wwith the help of a Candy Cane toy and a little bit of cheese - we had ourselves the perfect little model!

I am having a mini-vacation at a stylish condo in the middle of the Rocky Mountains - and life could not get any better! What is more perfect than being away from it all - is the abundant of photo opportunities!
